We are situated in the village of Blisland which is on

the edge of Bodmin Moor, a designated area of

outstanding natural beauty and a dark sky area.

The famous Camel Trail is only a mile away with

17 miles of level footpaths all the way to Padstow.

Bodmin is only a short drive away, about 6 miles.

Bodmin Keep is Cornwall's Army Museum  and

Bodmin Town's Musuem is close by.

interactive science museum for children and is highly rated.

Lanhydrock House just outside Bodmin, is a country house and estate dating back to 17th century.

The great house stands in extensive grounds above the River Fowey and

it has been owned and managed by the National Trust since 1953.

surrounded by beautiful gardens which are best seen in spring when the

huge numbers of rhododendrons are in full bloom.
